Introducing Solids and Early Foods

This free event will be an open forum to help parents learn and understand how to start feeding their babies and to learn about foods that are most appropriate for those early tastes. A representative from Happy Family Foods (which are available at our nearby Whole Foods) will be on hand with samples and coupons for their healthy and delicious baby foods. A feeding specialist will be on site to explain the mechanics and methods for safely and effectively administering first bites. The event will also feature a registered dietician who has experience providing nutritional counseling to parents of young children, especially in the area of food allergies.

Please attend with any family members and care givers that will be responsible for feeding your baby—all are welcome to gather in our Parenting Center!
